Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.

 

Delivery Times
South Africa:
• Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
• Outlying/remote areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times start after the order has been processed.

 

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping promotions will be clearly shown when available.

 

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

 

Failed Deliveries
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or inability to reach the customer, a re-delivery fee may apply.
